Play Lagos Life: official link, login and app help
Lagos Life is played on its official website. Sign-up, login, password resets and top-ups all happen there. This page shows you the way in and what to try when something goes wrong.

This is a fan guide. We don’t run accounts, take payments or reset passwords, and we have no login form. If any page other than lagoslife.app asks for your Lagos Life password, close it.
How to create an account
- Open lagoslife.app (opens in a new tab) and choose Sign up.
- Pick a username. It becomes your Sim’s name in character creation. Seen in game
- Choose a password, and add an email if you want to be able to reset it later (see below).
- Character creation starts: look, traits, dream, birth lottery and home. Our beginner guide walks through it.
Two rules from the official Terms of Service: you must be 18 or older, and it’s one account per person. Extra accounts to vote more than once or dodge a ban aren’t allowed. Official doc
How to log in
Go to lagoslife.app and choose Log in with your existing username and password. If something isn’t working, don’t create a new account to get around it: the Terms allow one per person, and a fresh account means starting over.
Forgot your password? Email recovery
The official Privacy Policy says email is optional and is used only to send password-reset links. Official doc That means:
- If your account has an email: start the reset from the official site, then check your inbox and spam folder for the link.
- If you skipped the email: the policy doesn’t describe another way to reset a password. Add an email while you still have access.
- Never use a “recovery” link someone sends you. Start from lagoslife.app yourself.
For other account requests, such as deleting your account and data, the Privacy Policy says to message @shallyr inside Lagos Life. Official doc
Playing in a browser or on a phone
Lagos Life runs in a web browser; there was nothing to install when we played. Our checks were done in a desktop browser. Another guide reports that the official map and sign-up open in a phone browser too. Guide-reported Tips that help on any device:
- Use an up-to-date full browser such as Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.
- If you tapped the link inside WhatsApp, Instagram, X or TikTok, open it in your normal browser instead. In-app browsers can behave differently.
- Want an icon on your home screen? Your browser’s “Add to Home Screen” makes a shortcut to the website. It is a bookmark, not an app download.
- On a computer, the game has a “Keyboard shortcuts” button that lists its keys. Seen in game
Is there a Lagos Life app or APK?
As of 6 October 2026, the game is played at lagoslife.app in a browser. The “apps” people talk about, such as Jobs, Bank, Houses, Cars and Ride, are screens on your character’s in-game phone, not downloads. Seen in game
We didn’t find an official download link on lagoslife.app, so there’s no download button on this site. Be careful with APKs or “Lagos Life app” installers from other sites: they aren’t needed to play.
Loading, login and reconnecting problems

| Blank or slow page | Check the address is lagoslife.app. Reload once. Try another browser, or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Script-blocking extensions can stop the game from starting. |
| Stuck reconnecting | Give it a moment, then reload once. Avoid repeating the same action while it’s disconnected. If it keeps happening on two connections, the problem may be on the game’s side. |
| Wrong password or account not found | Check the spelling of your username, then use the email reset if your account has an email. |
| Game won’t connect inside another site | Open lagoslife.app directly. In our test, the official site refused to connect inside another site’s frame. |
| Paid for a top-up but nothing arrived | The Terms say to contact them if a payment went through but nothing arrived, or you were charged twice, and they’ll fix it or refund you. Never share your password when asking for help. |
Before clearing cookies or site data, make sure you know your username and can reach your recovery email, as clearing can sign you out.
Play and login questions
What is the official Lagos Life website?
The game is at lagoslife.app. That is where you sign up, log in and play. Lagos Life Game Wiki is an unofficial guide and does not host the game.
Is lagoslife.eliysites.com also official?
Some other guides mention lagoslife.eliysites.com as an earlier or second address. We haven’t checked it ourselves, so we only link to lagoslife.app.
Can I have more than one Lagos Life account?
No. The official Terms say one person, one account, and forbid extra accounts used to vote more than once or get around a ban.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. The official Terms of Service (last updated 1 October 2026) say you must be 18 or older.
Why doesn’t the game load inside other websites?
When we tested a fan site that shows the game inside a frame on 6 October 2026, the official site refused to connect inside it. Open lagoslife.app directly in your browser instead.
